Welcome and keynote addresses
As part of the opening of the Global Skills Forum, the ILO Director-General and EU Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights will lay out their vision on skills and lifelong learning, promoting quality apprenticeships and investing in skills development, and how to achieve this through social justice.
ILO Assistant Director General for Jobs & Social Protection and ILO Director for Employment Policy, Job Creation and Livelihoods will set the scene for the 2-day forum.
