Realising decent jobs and social inclusion in the clean energy workforce

This side event will explore the findings and lessons from the IEA Global Commission: Designing for Fairness's first phase of deliberations on ensuring people-centred transitions, specifically in the employment sector. It will provide a platform for governments, trade union leaders and youth representatives, to discuss how to engage workers and other key stakeholders in workforce policy planning and to ensure decent and socially inclusive jobs are realised in the clean energy economy.
