This thematic session will examine the strategic role of regional and interregional cooperation in eliminating child labour, with a particular focus on South–South cooperation. Drawing on concrete experiences from different regions, the session will analyse how regional initiatives, joint mechanisms and cooperation platforms contribute to addressing cross-border challenges related to child labour and strengthening the national implementation of global commitments.
